(This form must be filled out once per person for each accompanying family member, friend, or coach. Coaches should only fill it out once, though, not once per student.)
Note that if you are also registering for the International Geography Bee World Championships, you don’t then also need to fill out the form on the IGB website – simply click on the appropriate form above.
