Testimonials
“This is my first medal for IHO 25, and also that of my entire IAC career, which I am absolutely thrilled to receive. With a trading strategy (Forming a Eurozone treasury monopoly), teamwork, speed, and some crazy extravagant Italian acting, I managed to secure this bronze medal. Apart from this, I would like to thank my teammates, Olivia and Renita, for their meticulous cooperation.I’ve been playing IHBB and IHO for 2 years, and this community with a shared commitment to academic excellence truly gave me a sense of belonging, in which I meet and learn from cool people, and am then introduced to novel perspectives.” Thomas Xu, China
History Olympiad in the Media
Our Junior Varsity reporter Raghav Sampath caught up with multi-medal winner Grady Noble from Boise, Idaho to learn more about how he prepares for these competitions and what led to his meteoric rise this season throughout on exams.
Grady is one of few kids who scored perfect scores on two exams at the Varsity and Junior Varsity National Championships, and with his track record, we thought it would be helpful to the other kids to hear some tips from a master.
